I feel your pain. Iv lived in my apt for 3 1/2 years. My mail carrier would leave any package that wouldnt fit in my box at my front door. I must of got a new carrier because now all of a sudden he leaves a failed delivery notice on my door. I then have to call for redelivery at my door. Takes an extra 2 days usually.. Its no wonder they are going broke..

I agree, that's why decided on a Diehard Platinum. They are made by Odyssey for Sears. Same internal AGM construction and performance as an Odyssey battery, except a hundred bucks cheaper.

I've been placing orders for the remainder of the stereo system. The rear speakers came in yesterday. I went with Infinity Reference marine speakers for the front and rear, because since I'll be driving around most of the time topless, they won't get ruined if I get caught in a sudden rain storm. Fronts are 6-1/2", rears are 6 x 9's. I'm going to build individual speaker enclosures, and coat them in black Monstaliner.

Are you going to get "Jeep" decals for the "Joop" stamping on the side panels? Also, did you smooth those out, or were they like that already? Lots of later CJ tubs said "Joop" because the dies were wearing down on the "ee" in "Jeep." It looks great.
