we're plaing on going saturday for the 10.5 race
then getting the car ready to go to valdasta GA in oct for the big ORCA race--that is my "big RACE" i want to do this year

Our car will be IHRA certified and hopefully the driver will have his IHRA license by then but I don't see the expense of joining NHRA, NHRA chassis certification, NHRA license and a diaper or belly pan for one race. Besides if we were to show up with a small block and take home the money in the 10.5 class it would only piss some people off. LOL  Mike Gray

I'll be there. And if it would stop raining every weekend here in Jersey I might actually get a chance to get some test and tune in! It's going to be the first time racing this car other than about 6 setup passes so far. It's all good though. The last few I went to in Missouri were a blast! This pic is from sometime in the 70's. It's a cool ride.
