Looking to buy a drive snout for my blower case GMC 8/71,...I would like to do it only once ....after determining where the blower pulleys "sit", how is the snout measured?, from what points?....to determine the correct length to order/purchase, I know shorter is better, because the distance can be made up in spacers, I just don't want to order based on the wrong measuring criteria.... TIA Mike

Let me add,,,,,,,,,,,depending on what gears are in the blower, there are a few different bolt patterns used.Another expensive learning curve i went through
HEMI-ITIS has no cure. My condition is fully BLOWN!!
