Just picked up this car. 61 New Yorker 2 door HT: 413 push button, a/c, power windows, power brakes, power steering, tinted glass all around, power seat, rear window defrost, power antenna, sure grip 8 3/4, 7 button golden touch radio (has a floor button by dimmer switch that scans stations). Its a little rough and rusty but very cool (and rare). floors are solid. frame is solid. needs lower quarters patched and front fenders patched as well as a new trunk pan.
My plans for this car is to build a low deck BB with the sonoramic dual 4 barrel intake, big cam, etc. Im also going to swap in an 833 4 speed. Putting 4 wheel disks on it too. Should be an awesome car when I get it going. Ill be posting updates regularly.
