July 30th - Eddyville All I got is a flat tappet cam dart on old school Super stock springs with incorrect pinion angle at 3400 lbs w/driver on old Hoosiers....... I will even re-new the tags on it ....... Its time for your annual Butt Whoopin' And---- i dont want to see a bunch of dudes in Orange T-shirts swarming around under your hood.......i tune mine--you tune yours..... I hear Randy Baker Is going to run there too. I still am going to have to figure out how to slow to cars reaction time down so I dont red lite. I leave off the bottom bulb and go red by .07 to .08 very consistantly.

Next weekend is the NHRA National Open and I think points again the following weekend. As close as I am to the track it still costs roughly 250.00 in fuel,gas for the truck,and getting my wife and grandson in. I don't think I will make the open event. I have also said many times that Pro and Super Pro should have thier own entrys and purses..I just wish I was closer to Tri-State.. Need your rear end checked out? Contact Grizzly!!

493_DART OP master Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 4,384 Worst Weather USA	im lucky you didnt come down buddy..... car still wont hook , and dropped off 6mph by rnd 1. so i have an issue somewhere... had a .022 rt in round 1 to opponents .152 --the car felt lazy and had a slight hesitation downtrack that right there plus the heat pissed me off and i threw in the towel. This is my worst year ever racing. Might step away for a couple months

With a new car setup I was nervous as a long tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs!! To top that off the track manager tells me the only thing that scares him worse than me going down the track is the outlaw 10.5 cars..So that gets in my head. Then the first couple of points races I was told that the manager was having the starter pull the 8 and 9 second cars against me for first round...Then that gets me mental. If I prove that is true,I will never stage my car at that track again! I like both CFR and TriState, but if I had my choice, I'd run TriState. Too bad it's a long drive. If that is true about the manager, I wouldn't go there either. RockFalls is about 130 miles from my place, but I will NEVER give another dime of my money to Al Corda.
