I have what i think maybe a PTC 9 1/2 inch convertor , It could be another brand , i just don't know for sure .. It has two part numbers , one is 31-800Z and the other is TA 84045 ..It is for a 727 and uses the larger flex plate bolts .. The back part of the convertor is different from what i have used in the past ..The back part of the convertor is solid unlike lets say a turbo action 69 J convertor ..Thanks for any help ..

I would PTC a call, they are really friendly and will tell you exactly where to look for their markings. Bit I have never seen a solid ring on their convertrs I have used their converters in my stockers for years.
