scatpac426 OP member S Joined: May 2006 Posts: 5 Chicago Il.	I'm in the final stages of assembling my engine and am alittle concerned about the head gaskets. I have been seeing alot of problems guys are having with oil and coolant leaks from the heads. So my question is are #1106 head gaskets ok? Should I put any sealer around the oil and water openings of the head gasket?

Dodgem master Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 5,746 Ontario, Canada	I use the 1105 (440 .051 thick ) and they are fine as is as they are composition gaskets. make sure everything is nice and clean and no problems.
