If motor have been sitting long time without workeing (lets say some 5-6 months) and there may is just a little rust inside cilinders (on cilinder wall) because of humidity then what need to do? Just fire up the motor and dont need to pay extra attention or maybe spray some WD40 through spark plug holes inside and turn motor around few times?

Thanks!

You SHOULD have shut the motor down with some fogging-spray

WD 40 is good now ... but NEXT TIME ...you will know !
