Am I right in thinking that the quoted RPM range of an intake is based on airflow, and if it's used on a stroker, the actual RPM range will be lower? Since a 505 is 15 percent bigger than a 440, would the RPM range be 15 percent lower than the advertised range?
If so, would it be the same with the rated RPM range for a camshaft?
