Thanks for looking at this Ron:) My brother is a super clean freak, worse than me. He cleaned the throttle body to look like new. I feel your scanner idea may be key here. I will ask him if has had this done. He took it to the best, we live in the boonies, dodge dealership around and they said nothing was wrong. He needs another opinion and have the IAC/PCM rechecked per your suggestion. I will tell him.
