Lets put this into perspective, Presume your driving your freshly assembled ride down the street and some local policeman pulls you over for speeding. When he runs your plate and it turns up on his screen as an 84 Ramcharger but doesn't look like any Ramcharger he ever saw, what do you picturing happening next? At the least hes thinking he has a plate swap or maybe even a stolen ride with a stolen plate. You know its going to get ugly fast and ruin your and your wife's trip to the ice cream store.

If you have the title for the Whippet, license that, or whatever you need to do to get it legal. The time is coming (real soon I suspect) where the stuff that is not 100% legal will be removed from the roads forever.
