My only comment is 200, MAYBE 225 all motor is more realistic. 250 NA, while not impossible, takes LOTS of experience with slants.

With forced induction, 350-600 seems (relatively) easy. Slants have overbuilt bottom ends, and they slant AWAY from exhaust/induction, making them PERFECT for turbos.

Perfect would be if they slanted the other direction! That way the stock exhaust manifold mounted snail could curl up away from the block and still have the exhaust pointing toward the rear, but we cant have it all....Maybe stronger rods? But there is a real EZ solution, just use a Ford truck turbo, it is a reverse rotation style.
Looks like a few make them like this, Holset and Schwitzer...
