I have a Hughes HEH1523AL cam in my 360 RV engine and it's pretty mild at idle, but makes good power.
With your higher compression you could even use a bigger cam. It's the wider lobe seperation that reduces the overlap and helps the engine idle smoother.
I would suggest the Hughes HEH1928AL cam, 219/228 duration @ 0.050, 0.489"/0.524" lift, 111 LSA installed at 108.
This would compare to the 262 duration Voodoo cam, 220/226 @ 0.050", 0.475"/0.494' lift, 112 LSA installed at 108.
Or the Comp "XE262H", 218/224 @ 0.050", 0.462"/0.470", 110 LSA installed at 108.

Going with the next larger sized cam you may have to run a higher stall converter, and/or more gear.
