FWIW take the original straight adapter fitting out of your steering box & take it to a competent hydraulic shop & they can provide you a fitting & it will be cheap... There are two sizes of JIC used I believe the early was 1/4" & the late was 5/16" & I also believe the "O" ring boss fitting size is 5/16" but without measuring I wouldn't guaranty it....




Thanks guys, I used to work on forklifts for a living so hydraulics are nothing new to me and I may even have some of the fittings stashed away but now I know what I need, thanks guys...
