More details, was the eng OK b 4 (if so what was changed) or if another eng was it OK w this elec pump setup? Is that cruise or WOT at 60 MPH. What carb? What they said, check float level/filter(s) (inline and carb internal) and might put a T at the carb inlet & run a line to a vacuum gauge taped to your windshield & see if have several PSI at the offending sp (60MPH), Most of the hand held type vac gauges have a PSI side for pumps EDIT read your last post, might put a can of gas in the trunk & run a section of neoprene line down to the line at the sending unit to bypass the tank & take her back out & you'll know immediately if the sock is partly plugged.
