If so do any of the other (2) functions work? if so that says from the kick panel rearward you are good and the prob is most likely in the TS sw in the column or the flashers & their supporting wiring. Split the connector at the st col & find the brake light IN wire and the 2 OUT wires to the 2 respective brake lights dr and pass & ohm it & want continuity w the TS stalk in neutral/flashers off. I have no knowledge of the newer stuff & the above is based on 60/70's standard wiring but thought it might help live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
