I'd go a little bigger. I ran the Summit 224/234 465/488 in a 67 GTX the only upgrade was the CH4B intake. Stock convert, manis, 3.55's and 2.5 exhuast and the car ran 13.80 on street tires. The best I got out of the stock cam was 14.20. Summit also sell a smaller cam that should work it's 214/224 442/465.
