I agree, I have seen several Plum Crazy cars that appeared to be too light or too much metal flake. The last three cars I have had done were all PPG and the color looks very close to the original 1970 painted spare tire I have. Since the tire has been out of the sun most of its life, I consider it to be the measurement standard for the purple cars I have had.
