I run a pump gas 740hp 572 that's a very mild combo, .650 lift, 270 ish duration at .050, easy on the valve spring ramps, dual quads, 3800 converter, 3.73 gears in a 4000# (with me in it)B-Body. We ran 10.60's at 130mph foot braking before we figured out the front shocks, averaged 11mpg, and finished fourth in our class at DW2010. After that went 10.10 at 140mph on a small 175 shot still off the footbrake on a 9" slick. Swapping gears and converter would easily drop the ET, but would suck on the interstate as I actually drive the car. Picks of my engine are in the Hemi for sale section in the past month or two.
