use one of the new style gasket on it

get it at the dealership parts counter

around 20$

kinda thick with o-ring rib on both side,it does not crush,DO NOT OVER TORQUE THE PAN BOLTS! it will strip the threds out...the gasket does not cruch and its re-usable

make sure the pan rail is in good shaped and not warped/puckerd at the bolt holes

hammer dolly them flat if need be first

are you sure its the pan leaking?

you have 2 seals right above the pan rail(shift selector/throttle pressure valve linkage) that will leak and drail down on to the pan rail

the lines can leak as the brass fittings some times cracks

the NSS switch can leak

the low revs pivot pin can leak, its at the rear of the case and tail housing

I degreese/wash them down good with brake clean, throw a hand full of baby powder around all the palces it leaks

this will pin point where it is leaking real ez

if you have done the pan that many times, with a new pan,I would wager its something else leaking

and your right it does make a kool car look junky when it drippys

cast alum pans are another good way to seal up a alum case tranz

good luck
