why are you limited to 10.0? saftey rules? what about the the 423ci NA class?



I can NOT get a NHRA license anymore due to health reasons
so I am limited to 10.0 MAX... and in this participial
field they have a 10.80 cut off with a average of
10.80... BUT they deduct .1 from your weekly average
