Anyone know about this Joe Lubeck? news report While researching Joe I found this very intersting site on the last 10 yrs of history of Dover motorsports. Dover history web site It seems Joe is part of Moroso investment group! I sure hope they DO reopen it I went to the history site for Dover is John W. Rollins related to the Rollins in Millington? I will go back and read again and find out once I get done with this last exam "A goal without a plan is just a wish."
