The internal parts of an E85 pump are made of different materials than a gasoline pump, which are able withstand the corrosive nature of e85.

Yes that is also my understanding, also that you need stainless steel filters (as paper will fail). I still do not have a definitive answer on the Aeromotive pumps for continuous duty with E85 (#11101 (A1000) through #11104).. any comments and/or experience appreciated !!
