thats why I ask. As I know there are no R5/P7 powered drag race car out there? I know there are one turbocharged R5/P7 truck but this is not also for 1/4mile
Just want to know or see vid clip from some pure dragrace car ( not dragster ) on 1/4 mile.
Here is lot of discussions :"how, I quess etc." but no-one what I heard have been in quater mile in real life.
Just that I have now 845hp/555TQ R5/P7 motor and Iam searching light body for that ( around 2400-2500 lbs total weight )
Why I still ask "how much it would run" is that one guy say R5/P7 dont have enough torque for low 9 or even high 8 seconds, second guy says - no problem at all just good converter and correct gear it will fly....
Also guys told to avoid "big rear wheels" and stay with 10.5" slick. But those two rollers what Iam watching right now is with narrowed rear end and with "big slick" ( 32/16-R15 )
