the 383 will be putting out around 400hp at the crank, can i get away with using the small yoke on the rear differential?

"rrunner" i'm pretty sure it was factory but it could have been swapped in the lates 70s by the guy who owned it before me? I'm strapped for cash and after the body work i think i'll be pretty much broke. i'd go for the large yoke and setup you've got but the shipping to me here in IL would probably break me lol.
