All I can see on my E Bodies is the proportioning valve, the metering valve attached to the bracket right beside the residual valve and then all the plum,big all the way back to the rear end where it goes into the distribution block at the rear end which is held by the vent on the rear end housing....

but I dont see any 10 lb residual valve for the rear drums!!!

If you are talking about your 69 Hemi charger with FRONT DISC brakes there is an extra valve , is it a 10lb ??? , in the REAR line AFTER the distribution block on the frame rail , you buy a 2 piece rear line and it will be apparent where the valve mounts.
