No, it's not what some of you thought. OK, what most of you thought. I'm talking about fan directions. I am working on installing a B&M trans cooler and they are saying it is set up to be a suction fan (draw air thru the cooler). I have a Be Cool radiator w/ twin fans mounted on the engine side. I originally planned on mounting the cooler in front of the radiator and pushing the air into the radiator. It seems to me that having them opposing one another would cause some loss of efficiency. Not to mention the headache of finding someplace else to mount it if I reverse the cooler and have the fan on the inside. So what are you folks doing?? Should I just reverse the polarity and push all the air thru the rad or try to locate it so that it can work the way that the manufacturer wants it?? Thanks for your time, Paul.
