The best thing to use for those 'really tiny' screws is one of those cheapo eye glasses repair kits that come with a 'really tiny' screwdriver! Then, put a small piece of tape over the end of the knob, cause if you lose that 'really tiny' screw then, yep you guessed it, you'll be s-----d !
