Im looking for a single center cap(2 piece) for a set of Chrysler Cordoba Wheels I have. They are the unpopular "Turbine" style wheels

I have 3 good caps and 1 thats missing the cap to it. Pics of the wheels and the car are attached.

If someone could steer me in a direction of where I could find one,that would be great. I have some numbers that came off the back of the cap:
