wheel bearings won't give a tire balance fealing. If it shakes more under acceleration, and less when decelerating, it will be a cv shaft gone bad at the inner joint. A bearing will usualy growel, and the pitch will usually change when you turn the steering wheel slightly. It will get louder one direction and quieter the other direction.
