I called Hughes and I have the 24TOW convertor on order.
With my car's heft,cam and gear combo they say it helps multiply torque at the bottom for better acceleration plus act normal during highway driving with no slip.
Stall is around 300-400 above stock and that is fine for my application and driving I plan on doing since I will not be racing the car.
