Long story short, I had a bad set of Crane Rocker adjusters in a set of Gold 1.5 rockers. The adjusters ate themselves away, and the engine lost oil pressure.

I took the engine down tonight and it lokks... errr BAD!

The 1968 Block is already bored .030 over in the piston bores, and the crank is turned .010 under already.

Would it be stupid to go to .040 on the bores and .020 on the crank? I know alot of folks say .030 is max on the bores, and I have no idea on the crank!

If I could save this engine with a rebuild it would be GREAT!

I have a place in my heart for this revin' 383!
