[ When I removed the header bolt, coolant came rushing out. Is this normal???

This is VERY normal. Just add some Bars Leak, or similar product, in the radiator and your leak is fixed, just follow the directions. ABSOLUTELY no need to do anything else. I've done this on every Mopar engine I've rebuilt and the leak stops.
