I agree too tall. 225/60/15 will be close. Close will vary close depending on alignment, past collision damage and bodywork to fenders. Turn the tire so the edge is closest to the front fender bottom lip. Then back up down a driveway with the tire in that closest position while someone watches for clearance.

I really do not think 225/60/15 will work with 3.75 backspace 15x7 rims.. You need to run a 15x7 4.25 to 4.5 backspace rim. You could give 4.0 backspacing a try, but don't get your hopes up unless you want to lip back 1/2" of the bottom front edge of the fender lip. OR see if you could push out the fender with the bottom fender stabilizer bar a bunch (drill new hole in fender).
