Ok saying the guts are good with the sure grip how do you get to $1500. Most yards around here want $150-200. The ends are $75 My guy charges $150 to narrow and weld in perches. I have a ton of brakes and drums. Lets say you have an 8 3/4 you can use the brakes off the 8 3/4 on the dana. So you should be at $850 or less depending on the purchase price and narrowing cost. There's alot of ground to be made up there. If you did it and you are over $1000 where did the extra cash go?
