Could be lots of things.

After checking the basics (trans fluid level, oil level, etc). I would pull the valve covers and look for a loose rocker arm (turn the motor over by hand).

A compression check is worthwhile, but I fear a bearing is going away. You should see metal in the heads and oil if that is the case.
