Yes on the black, although it is said that some early '70's got the black too.

Yes, the Hemi's are the only ones with the boot for the M/C clearance because they have that offset bracket to raise the master up to miss those darn wide valve covers!
My 440-6 has the same one as the 383 in the 1st pic.
