the part about why he sold...sounds like a soap opera...with some of the stories..?

but...the Ernhart stuff...never made sense to me.
the way i saw it as it was happening...

he had a new revolutionary fire proof product.
"kept that under his vest"
he sold off the old company..."Simpson"
waited for the non compete clause to expire.
then launched his new line of fire retardant products..under new name..IMPACT
its that simple..
and a smart move if you ask me..
as far as the fake SFI badging..
that was not a smart move if you ask me.

but no one asked..
