This ONLY works if you have a LATER MODEL hurst box , AN ORIGINAL 69 BOX , I'm sure Troy has an original 69 era box in the car , does not have a provision to use an alignment pin that MUST GO THRU ALL 3 LEVERS and into the BACK SIDE OF THE BOX to ACCURATELY ALIGN THE SHIFT GATES

i did that in BOLD because it appears that some people might be MISSING THE POINT
