When I built my garage, I had the ladder on a slope and was 13ft up nailing soffit; overreached and the ladder went...didn't want to get my legs caught on the ladder( amazing how fast the brain works at this point), so I kicked away and landed legs bent to cushion the fall and almost went completely to the ground...stood up amazed everything working and felt a breeze... blew the whole rearend out.
