Might want to check wall thickness to bolt diameter, I have seen pictures where they turned the center of the bolt down , Andyf comes to mind for a picture.
Yep on the oil bolt which has the provisions for the rocker shaft oiling hole they necked down the bolt shank for oil supply. Already done on these heads.
