Are you sure there's not a VIN, or VIN stamping on the cowl and core support? Is there a VIN on the MSO? All new cars with VINs come with MSOs, not titles. Titles are issued by the states they are sold in. The MSO is turned in to the states DMV and the title is then issued. There is no reason to have a MSO if there is not a VIN. There's no doubt your car is well known enough to deserve an 'as raced' resto.
