Canada	FWIW my December 1969 6-Pack motor had the "six pack" rods and damper (which of course were used in all HP motors so the 6-Pack moniker is misleading) I'd LOVE if someone could prove that some 1970 Cars got HP motors with LY's 'cause then I could use the lighter rods and still be PS legal.
