Any tips, A bud at work, just had a headlight burn out, driver side. Yes I know it snaps out some how, but I can barely reach it or see it to manipulate it.

What should my hand be doing and or grabbing/twisting/pinching.

Im sure I can figure it out, but I want a easy short cut. Its cold outside and I dont want to mess around with it. thanks in advance. mike
