I have a 71 duster, I welded my wheelie bars on at 9" from the ground to center of wheelie bar wheel, no tension on springs. Depending on how hard the car hits the wheelie bars and how high you want it to stand up,depends on the spring tension. Tighten the springs up to keep the front end down.
