It looks like you left your bumper fillers natural. Is that the way they came from the factory? I thought they may have been painted with textured argent. No?
Could be. I asked a local about that before I restored them. He said it was just gray vinyl like stuff with steel reinforcement. Mine were in pretty good shape with some rust stains from the inside of the bumper. I used SEM flex skim coat to cover the end pieces where they were scratched and covered everything with SEM gray vinyl dye.
I thought it looked like argent as well.
