Personally I'd put the original #'s 318 back in.

That car restored to bone stock original would be beautiful, yes, even as a plain jane 318 Gran Coupe. I can almost gaurantee you would never see another one like it. Whatever you decide, be sure to keep all the original parts, the next owner willlikely want them.
