Our cars have a lot more versatility and availabilty for powertrains than most of the others.

440/Hemi base blocks/cranks and parts are readily available and it's easy to put one in any 62-5 Mopar with minimal hassle.

427 Ford Side oilers don't exactly grow on trees and motors like 421 Pontiacs aren't plentiful either. Chevy wasn't really in the game....

The Ford T-bolts require a lot of surgery and cramming of the motor to get it to fit properly. Not so with our Mopars!

I can build a cross-ram equipped cast crank 440 that looks every bit the part for a lot less $ than a competitive motor from another brand!
