If it is leaking around the throttle shafts it is leaking fuel out of the carb onto the throttle shafts, which it shouldn't do Holley does sell new throttle plate assemblys, some of the custom carb. comapny may be able to fixthe loose throttle shafts with bushing which is probally more expensive than replacing the throttle plate assembly
