Blair Rotabroach is a nice set up. Replacement cutters go for $8-$9 each, 5/16" and 3/8", 3 teeth. Buy extra locating pins too. Cut like a lathe but are brittle. I would get upwards of 1000 spots cut before it got dull (if I didnt break it first ) . . .

I found that if I started the cutting process at a slow rpm that the cutters wouldn't break so easily. The cutters are brittle and the spot welds have high points on them so by going slower until you have good full contact on the weld (a complete circle being cut) then increasing the speed the cutters will last a long time.
